Do what you said you would do
Twelve weeks. Three areas. Hard deadlines.

Some people create extraordinary results. Some create pretty good ones. Some create almost nothing at all. The difference isn't talent. It isn't resources. The difference is discipline.
Discipline gets built when you do the thing you don't want to do. When you do the thing you resist, especially when you have massive resistance, you communicate to your mind that you are in charge. You communicate that you are the kind of person that does hard things.
Most people read resistance as a signal to wait. It's the opposite. The more resistance you feel toward an activity, the more that activity is worth doing right now, because that's the rep that actually builds something in you. Easy work doesn't build discipline. It just keeps you where you are.
So we create resistance on purpose so that you create even better results faster!
For twelve weeks you get assignments designed to stretch your comfort zone well past what you're used to, in three areas at once. Every week they go further.

The conversation you keep putting off. The apology you owe. The attention you've been meaning to give and haven't.

The early alarm. The food you already know you shouldn't be eating. The distance you've never run.

The call you don't want to make. The number you don't want to look at. The work you keep moving to Monday.
Get clear on what you really want. Write it down as if it is already done. This is way beyond having a goal. This approach gets you into experiencing the result before you even have it. It create a demand instead of a want.
Make it a powerful why and you will have all the fuel you need to create it. If you don't have the life you want, it might be worth looking at your why and make it more powerful now. Why is the jet fuel of life!
Our actions create our results, and our habits form our destiny. This program is focused on creating the life habits that will exponentially transform your life now. The best part is, you choose the habits!

Then we meet as a team every Monday at 6:00 AM Pacific, for twelve weeks to report on your habits and to expand your comfort zone even more through assigned growth actions that we call stretches. Why stretches? Because they stretch your comfort zone so that what once was hard becomes easy and what was once impossible becomes possible.
Go beyond where you have been so that you can live beyond where you were.
I'm John Meng. I have always done hard things. For example I've finished six full-distance Ironman races, including the Ironman World Championship. But the part that might interest you more is knowing that there is always another level.
My accomplishments during my 12-week process included competing in three Ironman races where I set a personal record and finished a race with Annie also, completed a 4x4x40 mile run, learned to dance and competed in West Coast Swing.
I also repaired the relationship with my ex-wife over that same period. Today we take vacations together as a blended family, which is not a sentence I could have written back then.
And we doubled the business to two million a year, operating in three countries. None of it came from motivation. It came from doing scheduled, unpleasant work on days I didn't feel like it.
You can see the same thing in anyone who produces at a high level. Tony Robbins does what he says he'll do whether or not he wants to. David Goggins dropped roughly a hundred pounds in three months and went on to become a Navy SEAL and an Army Ranger.
You can do the same. We have helped hundreds of others push themselves way beyond their perceived limits and they came to realize that they don't have limits. As a result, they went even further than the goals they set.
You can have similar success when you take action now.

Results from past participants. Yours depend on the work you do.
Graduates stopped competing with their partners. They learned that love begins within — that it isn't about being loved, it's about choosing to love — and that partners are mirrors for each other, which turns every friction point into a chance to level up individually and as a couple.
What was holding them back turned out to be fear, overthinking, and limiting beliefs. Twelve weeks put all of that out the door. They came out believing in what they're capable of at a level they had never experienced, and giving their absolute best simply because they know they're worth it.
They discovered the power of mindful words and stopped taking things personally. Loved ones noticed the difference first. And because their goals were spoken out loud to a room that held them to it, they got pulled toward those goals instead of dragging themselves there.
The foundation of everything is relationship — with yourself and with the people closest to you. Get in alignment there and it opens the floodgates for support in every other area: health, money, and the fun you keep postponing.
My marriage and relationships are now rooted in love and not in competition. I learned that love begins within; it's not about being loved, it's about choosing to love. I discovered the power of mindful words, of not taking things personally, and of giving my best simply because I'm worth it.
Looking back at how much we've grown, what was holding us back was probably just fear, limiting beliefs, and overthinking, and all of that is out the door after having this experience. I communicate so much better with my loved ones, and I don't think I've ever experienced this level of self-belief before.
If you're someone that is fueled by community, this is for you. We did not go on this journey alone; the journey was with friends and really almost family to me. If you're looking for a community for accountability, for celebrations, and for a good time — I encourage you to take the journey and just go ahead and do it.
I feel like this was a crucible. If you ask me, was this worthwhile? Absolutely. I encourage anyone to try it out. It's not the easiest thing to do, but it is definitely worthwhile.
You need to put in the work, but you'll be able to achieve so much more than you ever believe you're capable of. Be ready to play full out, be ready to be uncomfortable, be ready to set some big goals, and be ready to achieve them.
These 12 weeks have been an incredible journey of growth, of challenge, and connection. The basis of all this is relationship, so when we can be in alignment with ourselves and our relationships, that opens the floodgates to the other areas in our lives that need support.
When I first started working on our relationship it was at a three. I was struggling with speaking candidly because I was afraid to hurt his feelings. Now, our relationship bounces between a 9 and 10. The coaching didn't let me slack — he cut through the BS, called me out on what I needed to hear, and pushed me forward.
When you're walking around your wife and you just can't say what you want to say to her, life is not good at all. That was a big breakthrough for me. I feel free now because I'm unleashed, and I'm going to make sure that I live these years as well as I can with my wife. This work is powerful — one couple at a time will change the next generation.
I had realizations that go way back to different things that happened in my life that I thought were completely done. Suddenly they popped up, and I had a realization about them. It's really bringing attention and opening space for other things.
As a couple that loves each other very much, we always have complications in either communication or sticking together. What we learned is to actually make sure that we stick together, use our strengths, and become one.
I truly loved the experience. I loved being able to understand myself even more now and knowing how to communicate better. I can't wait to be back.
I am so emotional finishing up this experience. It was exactly what I needed in our marriage, but also within myself. This experience gave me the tools to tap into who I want to be. Two words: life-changing.
Speaking my goals out loud to a room that held me to them changed everything. I stopped dragging myself toward what I wanted and started getting pulled toward it.
The deadlines were the gift. On time counted, late didn't, and after twelve weeks of that I finally trust myself to do what I say I'm going to do.
I came in thinking this was about willpower. It's about identity. Doing the thing I resisted, week after week, made me someone who does hard things.
The stretches were uncomfortable in the best way. What used to feel impossible now feels like an ordinary Tuesday.
My health stopped depending on my mood. It went on the calendar, and the results followed in every other area of my life too.
Thirty minutes every Monday at 6:00 AM sounded small. It turned out to be the most valuable half hour of my week for three straight months.
I stopped taking things personally and started choosing my words with intention. My family noticed before I did.
The community carried me through the weeks I would have quit on my own. Accountability, celebration, and a lot of laughing along the way.

We run it this way on purpose. This is how we choose who we invite further in to our community. We work with people who live in full integrity and do what they said they would do, and twelve weeks of assignments with hard deadlines tells us that better than any application ever could. We'll teach you how to build it first. Show us you did the work and you are invited to create even better results and have a bigger impact on the world with us.
Enrollment closes when the program starts on August 3.
